Mole has never looked so good to me, Joanne! I’m heading over there now. Have a great day, sweet lady!
On my way!
Crisper guilt…I really do have that. Although I will say that lately I’ve been trying to cut up my veggies and attempt to freeze them if I can’t use them before they go bad. Not that it always works, but still.
Guilt never, I am trying to work out that jewish polish mother thing from my psyche.
This looks delicious. I’m heading over to visit. Thank you so much for sharing with me, my sweet friend. I hope you have a wonderful Tuesday. I’m starting out strong with an egg sandwich and a big cup of coffee 🙂 Much love from Austin!
I welcome anything to ease crisper guilt. If it has a Mexican twist–even better. Off to read…
I’m pretty clear on “Green” and “Stew” but less so on the rest of this recipe. Intrigued!
I went, I saw, and I’m on my way to conquering my crisper guilt.
ooohhhh green mole!
Oh the vegetables in my crisper hate me all week – until the end of it, when I decide to throw them all into a stir fry of some sort! Next time… they’ll get pampered with this =)
Looks fantastic Joanne, will head over to check it out 🙂
Look delicious Joanne, gloria
Amazing!
Your last few posts have been incredible for making the most of my urge to eat as many of the almost end of summer veggies as I can. That, and the need to clean out my fridge!

My CSA keeps flowing, even when I’m tired and lazy. So I definitely have my fair share of crisper guilt!
Green mole? I didn’t even think that was possible! Everything is better when it’s green, so I must go investigate this enticing recipe…
