  1. What an ingenious creation! Miso is perfect for a throw-together meal… but I never would have thought to add maple, which sounds absolutely divine with the season’s veggies!

    I’m a tofu lover too! Plus I learned the trick of frying it up until golden and crispy (pressing it under a stack of heavy books and letting it drain for 20 minutes).

    I just wanted to comment because I was on another blog and saw your comment re: BoB. I agreed with your sentiment completely and don’t think you put your foot in your mouth at all. I think it’s sad that we should have to phrase ourselves so delicately just so people won’t see hate or contempt where there clearly is none.
