  12. Ohh delicious! When I worked at Bertucci’s the panzanella salad was a spring special and it was fantastic. I’d love to try to make my own!

    my husband and toddler LOVED this. we used french bread instead of ciabatta, otherwise followed the recipe.

    though I love pesto and balsamic, I think it I was making it again just for me, I’d do one or the other (probably balsamic + a little olive oil). I’m not as crazy for the combination. (However, this is a non-issue because the 14 month old foodie/tyrant likes your recipe as-is! Ha)
