    Major yum factor, Joanne. Also have been meaning to try Ina’s tian…it also looks delicious. Everyone with a garden is going to be needing new ideas and recipes to use up their squash, a most prolific veggie…I remember it well.

  18. I used to have a client that grew so many varieties of heirlooms; they moved back to cali.
    well because of their “tomato abundance”, I got an abundance, and made nothing but tomato pies.
    man that was a good summer!
    I need to get back to making dishes with fresh tomatoes just like this.
