  15. You know, I’ve only tried making a few fruit pies and have never done one with meringue. I totally remember seeing the cover and thinking it looked great. Love that you recreated it!

    goodness I am not a huge meringue fan but those swirls are amazing – if you lived in Australia you might understand when I saw they remind me of Leunig’s Mr Curly or even the Sydney Opera House – hey you probably have heard of our opera house – yes? no?
