    I prefer veggie lasagna to traditional lasagna and this looks like the perfect lasagna to enjoy during summer.

    I just made a stuffed cabbage that really seemed like a winter food but I said screw it! I’m going to buck the system, throw caution to the wind, go against the grain!

    I just saw another lasagna post and I was thinking the exact same thing. Lasagna should not be just a winter food. I’m so excited that this uses sundried tomatoes because I have a bunch to use up!

    It looks great! Alexis and I visited Larry’s (Big Dude’s Eclectic Ramblings) today and had asparagus picked straight from the ground. WOW it was so flavorful compared to store bought. it would go great in your lasagna.
