I love shredded brussel sprouts!
I’ve never tried brussel sprouts, but not b/c I don’t like them. I never had them growing up,and with living in a small town, they didn’t have them in the stores! It looks good though.
I love these! (and even more when they’ve got little chunks of bacon through them….)
This looks really good! Not a fan of brussel sprouts, but with this recipe, I’ll give it a try!
I commented over on your other post, love the addition of the cranberries.
I really need to give brussel sprouts another try. My mom ruined them for me because she would boil them until they were soggy when I was a kid – I hated them!
I’ve never tried brussel sprouts.
Brussel sprouts! I love ’em. I discovered them almost a year ago, and haven’t made them nearly enough times.
I thought about you when I was watching the new Next Iron Chef Sunday night and Marcus was on.
these sound so good!
Looking delicious and fresh!
I’ve never seen brussel sprouts cooked this way and I have to say they look delicious!
This is the best way to eat sprouts. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
I have never tried Brussels Sprouts this way before; but, that is definitely going to change. They look amazing!
This is a really nice recipe and it is different enough to be interesting. I love your post. Have a great day. Blessings…Mary
So excited that Brussels sprouts are in season!
Oh how delicious, Joanne! 🙂 I love shredded sprouts but have never tried them this way. 🙂
I’ve only just started eating brussel sprouts so this is perfect for me!
I love brussel sprouts. Like love love love them 🙂 Heading over…..
mmmm yum, me had my fair serving of brussels tonight <3
I love brussels sprouts! It is so delicious and healthy!
Caramelised?? This is definitely the first time of such thing! It sounds delicious!!
ohhh shredded bites of goodness!
Dear Joanne, What a wonderful side dish. Blessings, Catherine xo
Love, brussels sprouts are my favorite autumn/winter vegetable. I’ve been eating them everyday! I need to try your recipe out…because it seems like such a nice twist on my classic method. Thank you for sharing, sweet friend!
I actually adore brussels sprouts, but find them tricky to cook. I have had them perfectly pan-seared at restaurants where they have a slightly nutty flavor. But when I try to replicate them at home either the inside isn’t cooked or I burn the outside or some such. Anyhow, this looks infinitely easier (if slightly less healthy). I’ll definitely be trying these.
My family and I are just now starting to give brussel sprouts some love and this recipe looks like a perfect addition to the others we have. Thank you for sharing.
My gosh, girl. You are actually making brussels sprouts look good! I’ve never liked them before in my life, but I’m going to try them again this year.
Great side dish for the holidays! I am going to read the recipe!
Yummmm I love brussels sprouts and the idea of caramelizing them sounds delicious. Though I’m a bit brussels sprouts traumatized right now as I got some in my last CSA and there was a worm. I love organic veggies but the frequent bugs really freak me out.
Yummmmmmmmm! FINALLY! A recipe I can have! =P
You know I love my b.s.
