    Oh, you’re killing me with all that tempting eggplant! Or well, you would be if I actually ate it. I wonder if I could work around my terrible intolerance by subbing in zucchini here… It sucks that I actually like eggplant! Anyway, the pie looks delicious, and I feel inspired to try adapting it.
