    Joanne – just popped over to check out your soup recipe – yum yum – love the sun dried tomatoes and spices in this soup, and that drizzle of balsamic vinegar on top just finishes this off!

    I am also a recent convert to parsnips, and now the more I eat it, the more I like it. My poor Mother, so much trouble to make me eat veggies while I was growing up, and now I cannot get enough of them!
