Your picture is lovely, but you can’t fool me into liking lentils.
Love that you added raisins to this beautiful stew ~ nice touch of sweetness!
Looks great….going over now.
I adore savory, heart dishes with a hint of sweetness! Adding raisins and pom sounds delicious!
I love lentils and I’m learning to love spinach. I think this sounds great!
It certainly looks delicious. I’m heading over there to see the recipe. Have a great day. Blessings…Mary
Beautiful shot! your spinach is holding up nicely. Mine tends to disintegrate in hot dishes pretty early on.
Mmmm. Healthy, hearty, and delicious.
Dear Joanne, This is definitely something I would enjoy. I love lentils and I love spinach. Blessings my dear, Catherine xo
You continually amaze me with all the unique ingredient combinations you come up with! This looks lovely!
I would love this too! It looks delectable with raisins.
This is a very delicious combination. Yum!
Did you hack into my brain and found out I was searching for lentil recipes? 😉 This sounds great!
I should definitely try this with the pom juice. I made it substituting 1/4 cup pom molasses and it was too tart, even for me. I eventually warmed up to it, but I’d love to try it again with the juice. Sounds like a winning soup. 🙂
What an amazing way to use lentils-this is a MUST try recipe!
Oh my goodness…what a combination, will jump right over 🙂
Se ve impresionante!!
Que rico 😀

Wonderful dish…..looks amazing! I am a huge lentil fan!
This sounds incredible! Great use for pom juice and I love the raisins too — checking it out now!
I love pom juice but never would i suspect that it is good paired with lentils? Another new learning from you Joanne.
I hope all’s well,
malou
I love lentil soup. It just always makes everything ok!
Well I can’t say I keep pomegranate juice in my fridge…but I may have to go out and buy some for this! Sounds delicious.
I still haven’t tried lentils and I have some in the cupboard. Thank you for the reminder! This looks like a good reason to try them.
I have been getting more into the bean and lentil scene, so this sounds like an excellent combination of grain, lentil and veg. The pomegranate should really make it pop with flavor.
Earthy with the sweet. Interesting combo of flavors. That bowl looks hearty and wonderful.
Oooh, I love lentils and I’ve just recently had them on a flight, surprisingly:p
I wished I could stock up on pomegranate juice in my fridge as well, but I can’t find any good one around here, or maybe I have been too picky?:)
That stew sounds wonderful, love the combination of savory, tart, and sweet flavors, off to check out the recipe!
What a pretty lentil stew – love the idea of pomegranate juice and pomegranate molasses in this dish.
I’m not sure how you manage to eat all this food, but it looks incredible. I’ve never thought of combining pomegranate and lentils. Your recipes always inspire me to get more creative in the kitchen!
this is by far one of the most interesting combination ever my sister loves lentils and I will tell her about this recipe definetly bokmarking it
Heck yes for macaron dates! I am super jealous… and kind of thankful, because I’d be a hundred pounds heavier and have much less money at my disposal if I lived any closer to Laduree than I do now!
This stew looks awesome! Lentil and barley and spinach and golden raisins and pomegranate molasses… Such a great combination of peculiar flavors. Love your bowl, too 🙂
Swear there really is a universal consciousness because like a number of other people, I’ve had lentils on the brain. Love the idea of barley in this too, yum! Funny, I’ll bet the pomegranate taste changes when added to the savory ingredients sort of like cinnamon in Danish Kale soup and is totally surprising. This goes on the must make list for sure!
Wow this rocks Joanne…
I an see my self in that bowl… LOL
Heading over to check recipe…
I don’t have pomegranate juice, but I do have a pomegranate so old I’m a little afraid to slice it open…
ANything lentil is always an instant crowd pleaser in your house. The pomegranate it such a nice change from the typical ingredients list.
Oh that’s great! I’m quite into lentils lately, having discovered bags of unused beans and such at the back of my kitchen cupboard a few days ago, so am trying to use them up! I don’t have pomegranate juice constantly in my fridge though, but I’ll find some!
I see lentils popping up all over. This sounds like a great combination.
You always make stews look delicious. And I bet it’d actually truly absolutely amazing. Bookmarking this as a must try!
Yet another spectacular combination of flavours! I need to try this!!
That looks amazing!!
