    Those sweet potatoes sound great! Oddly, they also remind me of the dessert I made for xmas dinner. Dessert potato? Why not? 🙂 After all, there’s always sweet potato pie…

    I love the combination of maple syrup and brown sugar with sweet potatoes. My husband would complain that it tastes like a dessert…but why is that a bad thing? 🙂
