Spring may (hopefully) be on it’s way in, but that doesn’t mean there’s not room for one more butternut squash recipe before the season is up!   17. As much as I’m starting to crave fresh spring veggies, I am not ready to say goodbye to squash yet! It still feels like the middle of winter anyway, so with the way it’s looking, I won’t need to for a while still!
