fettucine tangle is just the right way to describe how I serve fettuccine – but I serve it with some spillage on the side π sounds yummy and oh so spring
This looks so good, Joanne…definitely spring on a plate!
It is a lovely recipe, Joanne, and certainly deserves to become a spring favorite. A bit early for local asparagus here, but when it comes to market I’ll be making this for sure. Have a wonderful day. Blessings…Mary

This dish looks so pretty and what an innovative way to use asparagus. I must try it.

Asparagus puree?!! YES!
We’ve been eating green ravioli stuffed with kale and spinach so I’d love to try this pesto with it. Delish!
