Yogurt Creme Brulee
Yield: 1 yogurt creme brulee
- 1 (5.3-6 oz) container Greek yogurt
- a few slices of fruit of your choice
- ½ tbsp sugar
- Combine the Greek yogurt and fruit in a ramekin. Sprinkle with the sugar. Heat with a blowtorch until the sugar is melted and caramelized.
