Salted Butterscotch Blondies
These salted butterscotch blondies are fudgy, chewy, and everything you'd want in this classic treat!
Yield: 16-20 blondies
  • 8 oz butter, melted
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 2 pinches kosher salt
  • 2 cups Bob's Red Mill All Purpose Flour
  • flaky sea salt, to garnish
  1. Heat oven to 350F. Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil and grease. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter with the brown sugar until smooth. Mix in the eggs and vanilla bean paste until well combined. Stir in the salt, followed by the flour, mixing until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading into an even layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the middle is just barely set.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan on a wire baking rack. Sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
