Chipotle Black Bean Dip
 
 
The EASIEST chipotle black bean dip that is perfect for summer snacking! It comes together in a food processor within minutes and is the perfect blend of savory, smoky, and spicy.
Yield: 4-8 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained adn rinsed
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt, plus more to taste
  • ¼ tsp chipotle chile powder
  • zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp minced red onion, or to taste
  • thinly sliced jalapeno, to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine the beans, hot water, cumin, salt, and chile powder in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth. Add in the lime zest and juice to taste. Season to taste with salt and chile powder.
  2. Spoon into a serving bowl and top with the raw onion and jalapeno to garnish. Serve with chips.
