Mango Lassi Popsicles {#frozentreatweek…GIVEAWAY}
All of the flavors of your favorite Indian sweet drink in one refreshing popsicle.
Yield: 7-8 popsicles
  • ½ lb mango flesh (about 3)
  • 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar
  • ¼ tsp cardamom
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • pinch of salt
  1. In a blender or food processor, pulse the mango until it is pureed. Add in the yogurt, agave, cardamom, ginger and salt. Pulse until combined and smooth. Taste for seasoning.
  2. Pour blended mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 4-5 hours.
  3. To pop out of the molds, run under warm water until they are easily released.
