Homemade Madras Curry Powder
- 3 tsp ground cumin
- 3 tsp ground coriander
- 3 tsp ground turmeric
- 1½ tsp ground ginger
- ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¾ tsp ground cardamom
- ¾ tsp ground cayenne
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- Mix spices together. Store in an airtight container.
