  21. Using yogurt as a thick dairy swap is a great way to add tang (especially along with mustard) and body. It makes total sense. What a hearty side dish.

  39. oh yum. I like the taste of cabbage, but LOVE the effects it has on my body. Not to be gross here-just facts- cabbage is a total natural laxative. It’s always something I like to eat if I’ve been feeling bloated. One dish and I’m feeling normal again.
