I’m going to keep this short and sweet today because IT’S THE WEEKEND and the weather is gorgeous and we should all be outside, not inside reading blogs all day.

Prep Ahead Tip: Shells can be made up to 2 days advance and stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Add sauce and bake when ready to serve.
