Mmmm, love me some roasted garlic! But then pair it with cauliflower and turn it into soup? Even better.
Delish!
I completely agree! Looks wonderful!
What a beautiful bowl of soup!
Come to momma! This soup sounds and looks like a dream.
Do you know what my favorite kitchen appliance is? My immersion blender!! Cauliflower soup is one of my favorites, but roasting the garlic just takes it to a whole new level, and then greek yogurt? Come on. Genius! Thanks for giving me an excuse to blend up a tasty storm 🙂
What lovely flavors. Roasted garlic sounds yummy, I guess it turns sweet when you roast it , right. What a wholesome and wonderfully flavored soup!!!

Roasted garlic = love. ?
Love, love, love garlic and have to make this. It looks and sounds incredibly delicious!
I can eat garlic whole, raw, pureed, roasted, whatever. Love this recipe, Joanne!
This looks like the perfect recipe to make to break in my new blender 🙂
I love cauliflower and love roasted garlic (well who doesn’t). Delicious sounding soup! Also love that it’s pureed.
I have to say, people are quite offended by garlic breath. Im not opposed to it lol – Im such a garlic lover that its like a respect thing for me haha. Sounds delish!
Cauliflower soup is definitely something I can get on board with
I could seriously eat an entire head of roasted garlic all by itself. Nothin wrong with that. I put it in my cauliflower bisque as well…. o.k. I put it in everything. 😉
I’ve been meaning to make precisely this all winter… I just adore tons of garlic in a soup, and the creaminess that cauliflower brings to the party. Your recipes have been so pitch-perfect lately! You’re on a roll, my dear. 🙂 (Quick, go buy a lottery ticket and see if it holds!)
Another beautiful soup, Joanne! You just can’t beat Roasted Garlic.
Heading over for the recipe, it looks fabulous!
wow it looks fantastic, I love roasted garlic!
I can almost smell that cooking!
Ryan and I adore garlic. Thank god we are married to each other…we both smell the same 🙂 This looks fantastic, sweet friend!
Love garlic, cauliflower, and soup. Plus, the immersion blender I’ve lusted after for two years is en route to me as I write. Can’t wait to try it out with this recipe! What perfect timing!
What a great recipe for cauliflower soup. I love cauliflower soup and I think with the addition of garlic it would be even better. This is a recipe I’ll store away for when the seasons change – it’s a bit warm for soup at the moment!
Never though of roasted garlic and cauliflower. But you did. Lucky me!
Have made cauliflower soups before but adding roasted garlic to it sounds so much of fun!
This is the second cauliflower recipe I’ve seen today – I feel like y’all know something I don’t/
Yum. I have a head of cauli in the fridge – going to make this.
Your recipe inspired me to make a roasted garlic and cauliflower soup today! Thank you. I did it a little differently but the flavors were the same. Thanks for the inspiration. The roasted garlic gave it a great ‘kick.’
Soul food. Now I know what to do with the know unused cauliflower sitting in my crisper!
A local restaurant here has a delicious cauliflower soup that I’ve been dying to try to recreate. But it looks like I might want this one even more! Checking it out!!
