That moment when you go from “kind of hungry” to “raving hangry lunatic”?
Been there.

I feel like we should talk about my noodle problem.
It’s kind of an elephant-in-the-room, bull-in-a-china-shop, peanut-sauce-all-over-my-face-and-why-didn’t-anyone-tell-me situation.

The fresh flavors of summer get to shine in this kale salad with peaches, corn, and basil-honey vinaigrette.

Kale salads may be a dime a dozen around here, but it’s not exactly everyday that the.boy requests to have the leftovers for lunch.

A for effort?
Even tofu-skeptics will love this intensely flavorful red curry tofu with coconut chile carrots and bok choy.

Everyone’s a comedian when you’re a vegetarian at a barbecue.

2. I suspect this has something to do with the fact that neon cauliflower makes me feel more alive than fluorescent cells do. But that’s just a guess.
