Woooooooo!!!!! Saturday!!!!!
Ours is starting off with a non-functional internet connection, which has forced me to learn how to set up a mobile hotspot on my phone. Who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks??
Also, thank goodness for technology. A few days ago we tried to explain to Remy that phones used to be connected to the wall and didn’t have screens to facetime other people. Her mind was BLOWN. So strange to think that she will never know or remember a world that is any different.
Hopefully our internet is back up and running soon because my mom is getting married (virtually!) later today. If not, we’ll just have to zoom in our phones. Remy has designated herself as the “wedding introducer”, which apparently means that she will introduce the bride and groom, give everyone a virtual tour of our apartment, and then take any questions or comments. All while wearing her flower girl dress from my sister-in-law’s wedding last year. It will be….interesting.
Anyway, that’s our weekend in a nutshell. What are you all doing?? More importantly, what are you cooking??

- chocolate peanut butter fudge – sign me up for a batch
