    When I was a kid, rhubard grew all around the community and we helped ourselves to a regular stalk and ate it raw and, my family turned it into pie – with or without the berries. I must admit I’ve never considered it in a savory application, but can see your pizza being very good.

  18. Apres surgery, I have to be seriously careful about what I eat. Pizza will probably be off that list for good–but the fatty, greasy, drippy kind. Not this beautiful, light little creation here. Goat cheese, my love… le sigh.
