I made the mistake of doing a quick google search of the phrase “pistachio cream pie” in preparation for writing this post…and let me tell you – DON’T DO IT.

This week I’ve been busy tending to my new sourdough starter. Only 365 days late to the sourdough party, but now I can spend all of my time on Instagram Stories giving it a cutesy name and all sorts of anthropomorphic features!!! Wooooohoooooo. That’s obviously what this world needs more of. (<– sarcasm)
On the bright side, this week’s meal plans has SO MANY RECIPES that go great with a fresh homemade sourdough loaf. Kismet? I think YES. Here’s what we’re cooking this week:
