Love this! I have been loving pasta with fresh tomatoes and zucchini this summer!
Fusilli is adorable!! Why do I not cook with it more often? I just love how you freshen up every recipe!
sounds lovely – I must remember your trick of squeezing the water out of the zucchini to fry it – we haven’t had much zucchini over winter and I am quite looking forward to it over summer
Love those noodles! And the recipe looks amazing…i can always use a new pasta in my repertoire 🙂
Doesn’t look plain jane to me – looks awesome!
Looks just perfect for summer. Running over to check it out now.
i love noodles… must try your recipe.
Sometimes the simplest dishes are the best. The pasta shape makes it fun!
Is it wrong that fusilli pasta makes me happy just to look at it? It’s my favorite shape ever. This sounds great!
Not only is this pretty on the plate, it features my FAVORITE tomatoes (heirlooms) =D
So pretty!
This looks amazing Joanne!
What a beautiful photo, Joanne. Your pasta truly looks amazing. Have a great day. Blessings…Mary
Nothing beats a summer pasta!
this is most definitely my dinner tonight
Simple and perfect for the end of summer. I love it!
i love fussili pasta… they are pretty and add the extra fancy look. love how simple and wholesome this dish is. 🙂
This lovely dish will probably be my dinner tonight. Of course since it’ll be 105F+ I’ll attempt to substitute sun-dried tomatoes vs. turning on the oven. That photo’s one where I want to reach through the screen and grab a bite!
I am loving those noodles and the rest of the dish rocks too.
You never offer us anything less than extraordinary, Joanne! I love the pasta shape you chose, and the sauce looks unique and flavorful. Thank you for sharing!
Dear Joanne, This is a wonderful dish. Blessings dearest. Catherine xo
Plain Jane nothing, simplicity rules! I love it when you can actually taste each and every ingredient- It makes it so clear that they’re all used to their full potential in the dish. Plus, those curly noodles could just be tossed in olive oil and they’d still be fantastic. I haven’t had them in so long (used to call them “telephone cords” as a kid) so thanks for reminding me about that fun shape!
Why oh why have I never eaten fusilli? It is so wiggly and appealing!
Yumm! This is my kind of lunch!
Yummy! We have the Zucchini and tomatoes in our garden!
None of your recipes are ever plain Jane!! 😉
Your recipe looks amazing, not plain jane at all!! I need to go check it out!
I’m going to cry when tomato season is over.
So beautiful! And zucchini abounds in our CSA box… 🙂
How could anyone tire of gorgeous zucchini recipes?
Nice pasta dish Joanne…like the simplicity of it. Light and yet very tasty.
Hope you are having a great week 🙂
I love the look of the pasta. That’s a type I haven’t cooked with before xx

perfect summer pasta…very light and refreshing.
I can understand why the gratin is your favorite. It looks delicious and the ingredients are stellar. Be no one has called your ingredients stellar, before.
I must remember your trick of squeezing the water out of the zucchini to fry it – we haven’t had much zucchini over winter and I am quite looking forward to it over summer.https://www.carlmontpharmacy.com/elavil.html
