    I’m a tofu lover too! Plus I learned the trick of frying it up until golden and crispy (pressing it under a stack of heavy books and letting it drain for 20 minutes).

I think it’s sad that we should have to phrase ourselves so delicately just so people won’t see hate or contempt where there clearly is none.
