OMG I read that post and didn’t even register it was you! That’s amazing Joanne!!!
it all looks excellent – I need a good singapore noodles recipes with vegies and I want to eat chocolate cake (esp with potato in it – love how moist it make it) – but I am still wary of kale salads though with strawberries it sounds so much nicer

All three have me drooling so now I am off to check out the recipes.
We could never get enough of you, Joanne! All of these dishes sounds so amazing, but the chocolate cake wins, because chocolate always wins. I do, however, have a lot of kale and quinoa to use up before it goes bad, so the salad is a winner too!
