Anything with candied walnuts is good!
This sounds like it would be a perfect salad for lunch at school!
Looks really fabulous, Joanne! Love the candied nuts sprinkled over…it really must balance the out the flavor of the radicchio well. I’m off the check out the rest of the post! 🙂

I’m on my way over…and I have no doubt I’ll love it. I love radicchio, and I don’t cook with it nearly enough. Thank you for sharing another delightful eat. I hope you had a great Tuesday. I’m looking forward to an evening of good food and baking. Take care and much love.
I love nuts in salad – I find they add so much particularly if they’ve been candified 🙂 it would also be a nice counterbalance to the occasional bitterness of radichhio – very nice!
This salad sounds delicious. Can’t wait for our summer to try it out.

I actually am a radicchio fan. I of course love it grilled but also shredded with some less bitter greens
Heading over now girlfriend, as this sounds super delish.
I am a sucker for anything with candied walnuts. Heck, that’s definitely a way to make picky eaters gorge on some veggies — just shower them with these sweet, crunchy, addicting nuts.
I checked out the recipe and I think I will be able to substitute that partial head of red cabbage lurking in my frig. I was wondering what I was going to do with it. So thanks.
Sweet, salty, crunchy and healthy. I am SOLD !!!
I’m not a big fan of radicchio. I never found a way to serve it that took the bitterness out. This looks good enough that I would consider trying. Beautiful salad.
Wow…how do get to cook with such variety food ingredients and come out with these refreshing recipes,Joanne! Love the salad.
Looks awesome to me, darlin’. PS is that shot on your kitchen floor? (no judgement from me – I eat off the floor all the time!)
wow, that plate looks great, checking out the recipe now 🙂
What a beautiful salad – love the balance of bitterness, sweetness and saltiness, made heartier with whole grains added.
