sweet potato galettes

So. We’re getting dangerously close to this crazy thing called “the holiday season”.

And if you, like me, are already freaking out about what show-stopping meal you’re going to serve to future guests that won’t leave you pulling your hair out or growing gray ones…then you NEED to stop, drop, and head on over to Culinary Covers to check out my post on these sweet potato galettes!     Can’t even think about the upcoming holidays. They’ll be here before we can collectively blink. This is an amazing galette, visually and I’m sure taste-wise. Definitely a “cover” pic (nice photo BTW). As always, adding it to my list of “to make” once I can turn the oven on in November. 😉

  47. I love these Sweet Potato Galettes – I made them a while back and this is definitely one of my favourite Ottolenghi dishes. Such a versatile recipe too – I think these would be great for holiday season food.

    These galettes look amazing. I just love goat’s cheese and pistachios and comibinig them with sweet potatoes makes me want to run to the kitchen and make them right now. I’ll have to keep this in mind for when I have friends over this fall.
