  30. I love pumpkin in just about anything but this sounds over the top good. If I made it I would have to instantly give away all but two slices to maintain some level of control over eating too much of it. Why two slices? One for me and one for my lovely wife!

  47. Amazing. I’ve been on a bit of a bourbon kick (that sounds terrible, but it has turned out to be my booze of choice this season/new mom sedative 😉 ). Made into a dessert = my dream come true!

    Hi Joanne! This looks incredible. Could I use a normal tart pan to make this, instead of a springform pan?

    • joanne says:

      You could use a regular tart pan, but I think the filling might be a little too much because the sides of the springform are a lot higher than that of the regular tart pan. If you just filled it accordingly, it should be fine. You could also use a cake pan if you have one, since those sides tend to be a bit higher as well!
