Can’t even think about the upcoming holidays. They’ll be here before we can collectively blink. This is an amazing galette, visually and I’m sure taste-wise. Definitely a “cover” pic (nice photo BTW). As always, adding it to my list of “to make” once I can turn the oven on in November. 😉

I love these Sweet Potato Galettes – I made them a while back and this is definitely one of my favourite Ottolenghi dishes. Such a versatile recipe too – I think these would be great for holiday season food.
These galettes look amazing. I just love goat’s cheese and pistachios and comibinig them with sweet potatoes makes me want to run to the kitchen and make them right now. I’ll have to keep this in mind for when I have friends over this fall.
